Placing an Order

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the Lapos Art web site. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the "Purchase" button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.

Payment and Sales Tax

Presently, Lapos Art accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express. Personal and cashier's checks, money orders and wire transfers are also accepted.

Because Lapos Art operates in Washington, we are required to collect 8.9% sales tax on orders shipped to a Washington address. Those who live outside Washington will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on Lapos Art, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.

Shipping Methods and Charges

Shipping cost is based on shipping to a U.S. address. If item is to be shipped to an address outside of the United States (international shipping), we will email you with the cost.

PLEASE NOTE: The shipping of art work takes special packing such as custom crates and boxes, plus insurance and therefore is more expensive than other items. At times, depending on the piece, a custom container must be made to protect the item during shipping. If a custom crate or container must be made, please allow an extra 10 days for receipt of item.

Cancellations/Returns/Exchanges

Items can be returned within 10 days for a refund, less shipping, UNLESS the item has been personalized for purchaser. Items must be in perfect, resalable condition upon return to Lapos Art in order to receive a full refund (less shipping). Please insure artwork to protect the artwork during return shipping.
